Dear Students,

In this period where competition conditions are getting tougher and skills and competencies are at the forefront as well as knowledge, training technical human resources is a difficult process. It has become important for institutions that train the human resources of this age to be structured in a way that they can have 21st century skills, also called survival skills. Therefore, education and training models are now being addressed in a way that will contribute to the development of skills and competencies.

The development of skills and competencies is directly related to production and means increasing the production capacity of institutions and therefore countries. Increasing the production capacity will also direct the labor market. The labor market is directly related to vocational education and in this context, the most important mission of vocational education institutions is to train qualified human resources for the labor market and to contribute to the solution of social problems.

Our Vocational School, which was designed according to these reasons; With a total of 12 programs, 6 of which are new, it trains technical human resources that the sector needs, who can think innovatively, make analysis and synthesis, solve problems, think project-based, have design and production skills, and thus can pioneer in creating differences in their professions and the businesses they work in. While doing this, it updates the education-training curriculum with the realities of the industry, provides entrepreneurship and project culture with applications in businesses, and develops intellectual knowledge with experienced academic staff with public-private sector experience.

In this context, our most important strength is that we can benefit from the 50-year industrial accumulation in OSTİM and its surroundings. We aim to train universal human resources that can create stories on a global basis by drawing inspiration from the local success stories we receive from here. We make our structure accordingly with our academic and administrative staff and strive for this. We are trying to achieve this goal together with our staff, students, parents and sector stakeholders.
